I, Mukesh Kumar Yadav aged about 41 years S/O- Tinay

Yadav, resident of village- Saini tola Ward No.-04,
Simri Bakhtiyarpur,P.S.–Bakhtiyarpur,Distt.–Saharsa do
hereby and solemnly affirm and state as follows:

1.That I am the Petitioner of this case and also well

acquainted with this facts and circumstances of the
case.
2.That the criminal antecedents of petitioners are as
follows:-
i. Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. - 178/2021 under
sections 147,149,341,323,354,448,380,427,504 of
IPC is pending in the court of Learned C.J.M.,
Saharsa. In this case the petitioners are not on
bail and the present status of this case is
pending for awaited for charge sheet/ final form.

ii. Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.-136/2016 under

sections 147,149,323,379,327,354(A),504 of IPC is
pending in the court of Learned Shri Praduman
Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Saharsa. In this case the
petitioners are on bail and the present status of
this case is for appearance.
3.That I am competent to swear this affidavit.
4.That I am gone through the contents of the bail
petition bearing above case no. and have understood
the same.
5.That the statements made in the application are
true to the best of my knowledge and based on
information derived from the records of the case,
which I believe to be true.
