1. That I undertake that I shall make available for interrogation by a police officeras
and when required.

2. That I also undertake that I shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement
threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to
dissuade her from disclosing such facts to the court or to any other Police officer.

3. That I shall not leave India without the previous permission of the court.

4. That I also undertake to be abiding by any such other conditions as may be

imposed under sub section of 3 of sec 437, as if the bail were granted under that
section.
