A boss who orders and asks for tasks abruptly, with contempt and raising
his voice, will show a lack of leadership and empathy. All of this harms
the work environment, productivity and personal relationships.
 FIND THE FEEDBACK WITH THE EMPLOYEES

That each employee feels like a person and not a number within an organization
is very important. People like to feel integrated and have their opinion taken
into account. All this helps to feel that you are part of a project.
In addition, feedback with employees must be worked on carefully and
constantly. You have to invest time and space to listen to your team.

Flexibility in the face of different situations that arise in the workplace


and that are treated in a personalized way, generates a positive work
environment that fosters business success.
 RECOGNITION TO EMPLOYEES

When a job well done is not recognized, the work environment can progressively
deteriorate. For this reason, it is important that the company has a recognition
system that rewards and recognizes achievements.

It is where employees spend most of their time in


their day-to-day life. That is why you have to
consider certain essential aspects so that they feel
comfortable.
A spacious workplace, with a good distribution, good
lighting, with a defined and clean order, will allow
the team to work correctly and will improve their
well-being and performance within the company.

There are already many studies that corroborate that the traditional office hours
from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. tend to be less and less efficient at the productive level in

Employees will appreciate the gesture and feel valued in a personalized way.

It is important for workers to have clear protocols and procedures in place in


their work. Both at the individual level and at the organizational level, having
these points developed facilitates the fulfillment of objectives and favors a good
work environment.

Carrying out activities outside the business space will reinforce the idea of team
and camaraderie. It is an ideal way to combat stress in a more relaxed
environment.
Integration is essential to improve the organizational climate and commitment to
the organization. So why not a workday spent on a paintball, room scape or a
barbecue in the field?
The difference between being able to work on these points or not is what will
allow us to have a good working environment or not. Let's remember that
satisfied and motivated employees are productive employees.
