kindly requested not to handover their documents to anybody
outside of the embassy, they must submit their documents
io the
commercial Attachd directly in the reception of the embassy
between 10 - I I A.M and they will receive the documents in the
same day 1 P.M without any hindrance. For verifoing the
authenticity of your attested documents you many go thiough
below mention procedures :-
- Contact us ferd.as.in@mot.gov.iq to verify the authenticity
and genuinely of our stamps on their documents.
- 9870522089 (what Sapp) for the same purpose.
- Be notice that with all documents which atready legalized by
our office should be attached with deposit slips of Kotak
bank attested by our office and the bank as weil.
