Subject: Proposal of Jt. Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Mumbai for presenting traffic challan registered
Against you in the Lok-Adalat for determination vehicle.

Sir/Madam,
Apropos to the subject mentioned above, you are here by informed that, the Petitioner Jt. Commissioner of
Police (Traffic), Mumbai had submitted an application for referring traffic challan registered against your vehicle
to the Lok-Adalat meant for pre-litigative claim, to be held on 25th September 2021. It is contended that you
have violated the traffic rules and there by committed an offence punishable under motor vehicles Act, 1988.
Details of the same are attached with this notice along with photograph(s) regarding violation of traffic rules.
Taking in to consideration the aforesaid contentious issues, it is expedient for referring traffic challan registered
against you at pre-litigation stage of Lok-Adalat u/s. 19(5) (ii)of the Legal Services Authorities Act ,1987 for final
determination. Pursuant to Section 20(2) of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 r/w section 12(2) of
National Legal Services Authority (Lok Adalat’s) Regulations, 2009, you are hearby requested to consider the
payment of the unpaid challans through Online Portal, Mumtrafficapp Mobile Application or visit nearest Traffic
Division at the earliest possible or else your matter will be taken up before the National Lok Adalat scheduled to
be held on Saturday, 25th September, 2021.
(Please note that if you make the payment as mentioned in the file attached with the letter forthwith on receipt of
this notice, it is not necessary to remain present in Lok Adalat)

महोदय / महोदया,
ऊपरोत नमुद िवषयास अनुसन आपणास कळिवयात येते की , याचीकाकता पोलीस सहआयुत (वाहतुक), मुबं ई यांनी
आपयािव नोंदिवलेया वाहतुक चालान िदनांक २५ सट बर २०२१ रोजी होणाया राीय लोक अदालतीकडे पाठिवयासाठी
अज सादर केला आहे. यांनी असा दावा केला आहे की , आपण वाहतुकीया िनयमांचे उलंघन कन मोटार वाहन अिधिनयमांचे
तरतुदीनुसार िशापा व तडजोडपा असा अपराध केला आहे. याबाबतचे िववरण वाहतुकीया िनयमांचे उलंघनाया फोटोसह या
नोिटसीसह जोडयात आले आहे. तरी उपरोत िववादापद बाबी लात घेता आपणािवद दाखल वाहतुक चालान िवधी सेवा
पाधीकरणाचे कलम १९(५) अवये दाखलपुव खटला हणुन अंतीम िनवायाकरीता लोक अदालतीकडे पाठिवणे उपयुत वाटते . तरी
िवधी सेवा पाधीकरणाचे अिधिनयम, १९८७ चे कलम २०(२) सह वाचन राीय िवधी सेवा पाधीकरण (लोक अदालत) िनयमन,
२००९ मधील िनयम १२(२) अवये आपण पलिं बत तडजोड शुक ऑनलाईन पोट ल अथवा नजीकया ॅिफक िवभागात लवकरात
लवकर भरयाचे करावे अयथा आपले पकरण शिनवार िदनांक २५/०९/२०२१ रोजी होणाया लोकअदालतीमये पटलावर घेयात
येईल.
(या नोिटसीसोबत जोडयात आलेया चलानमये नमूद केयापमाणे िदलेया िलंकवर पकरणातील तडजोडीची रकम अदा केयास
वरील कायालयात अथवा लोकअदालत मये हजर राहयाची आवयकता नाही याची नोंद यावी)
