This instrument is designed to provide you opportunity to express your opinions


about the managerial capabilities of public secondary principals.
Rest assured that your identity will be completely anonymous and your
responses will be dealt with utmost confidentiality.

Direction: The statement indicated in this questionnaire is designed to measure


the level of managerial capabilities of public secondary principal and
their rapport to the implementation of K to 12 program. There are no
right or wrong answers. Please mark check on the column that
