    diploma degree at surabaya hotel school l took major f&b service
    department, that's all about my self.

    of department in hotel or cruise ship that has responsible serving,
    presenting, provide food and beverage, and processing ingredients
    food, and also controlling food quality, in the restaurant, room
    dining,room service, banquet department to the guests.

    13.what do you know about HK department? Housekeeping


    department is one of department in hotel or cruise ship that has
    responsible to keep clean linen, public areas, and rooms.

    14.what do you know about laundry department? Laundry department


    is one department in hotel or cruise ship that has responsible to
    support hotel operation especially to handling and washing kind of
    linens,cloths and uniforms.

    .and also in restaurant divide 3 duties.opening duties, Operational
    duties, closing duties.(Bisa cek Di buku sesuai divisi masking")

    education is hospitality industry, and also l want to develop my career,
