Well, they define me like an confident person, focus on my project, perseverant, easy going, good worker, responsible and intelligent.

What are your strengths?

I am really passionate for every duty that I start. I am quiet analytical in almost all the things that happen around to me and and alway look for solution never increase the problems. Describe yourself / What makes makes you different? I know that maybe there are a quite behind of me, waiting for this position with excellent qualification, However, I am a person who always try to learn something new for my life, who look always the details and mistakes and try to learn from them and also a really open mind person who always try to see the good points in everything. How do you see yourself in the short, med and long term? Well, in the short time I want to get a job in an international company which bring to me the change to meet interesting people and travel around the world. Also, I will get married, I hope before the end of this year and I hope to buy my own apartment to live whit my future wife and my dog, could be better a house... in the med time I want to travel every year a different country in my holidays, specially, I want to go to Europe, Praga, Germany, Poland, beautiful culture... And in long term I want to be a general management of a international company where I can relief my power as person an engineer.

Why a chemical engineer? engineer?

Hmm, interesting question, When I was at the high school I loved it chemistry, the matter, their composition and the way in which atoms and molecules are linked, I decided to go to the university and there, when I was study I discovered that i can explain almost everything through chemistry and chemical engineering is the way in which you can link everything to transform the world.

How long do do you want to stay with the Company? Well, Flowers company is an important sector in the economy of Colombia located at the third place behind bananas and coffee in the agro industry sector, which means that, the possibility of grown up professional and personal are so high, so if Id have the change to put all my knowledge here, making son challenge for the company as well as for me, and also improve my position, I would stay for ages, long time... Why this company?
As I said before, flowers company is a huge industry which mean possibilities to grown up professional and personally, I can applied to much knowledge here, make challenge, help my beautiful country increasing its economy...
