Ahh 30 weeks na po? Kamusta naman po ang pakiramdam ninyo? nahihirapan napo ba kayo maglakad?
Yumuko? O hindi naman po masyado?

Ahh maayos pa naman po okay yan mommy di ka masyado pinapahirapan ni baby hahahaha…
Okay mommy I will discuss to you a different aspect that will serves as a guide for you in your preparation for
labor and delivery…… magsisimula po ako sa importance ng proper preparation in labor and delivery. Kung
ano ung mga dapat mong alam at gawin.
Mommy nasa third trimester na kayo ng pagbubuntis nyo you may be experiencing some ashore, backaches or
even find yourself going to the toilet more often as if you need to urinate. That’s experience is cause by the
baby’s head pressing downso ung prenatal check-up mo ay dapat every 2 weeks pero once you reach 36
weeks.. kaylangan mo po na magpacheck-up weekly until po na mag labor ka. And when you reach your labor
period po, you must know what are the things you need to prepare and dalhin sa Ospital, unang una nap o
dito ung “newborn bag” ni baby na nadun lahat ng gamit na kinakailangan nya and also your “post-delivery
bag” po. This is a checklist that will serve as a guide sa mga kailangan nyo po during and after the labor and
delivery mo mommy. Nakasama dyan ung mga medical records nyo po and mga post off check-ups ni babies.

And mommy alam natin na may mababago sa buhay natin pag nagkaroon n tayo ng anak mga adjustment and
all so we should also prepare your emotional and mental self. So here’s some suggestion where you can have
some seminar that talks about emotional preparedness as well as they also discuss about PPD or postpartum
disorder and different other disorders that can get in pregnancy that you should know. And here’s some
activities or some suggestion on how you can adjust in new phase in your life and also to cope up for your
baby. Meron na din po dyang mga list ng mga books na pede mong basahin about improving emotional self
and as well as how to fight PPD. Ito ay idinidiscuss lamang po upang maging aware kayo sa mga posibleng
maging risk factors na pwede ninyong maranasan and also it will help you to prepare your mental health when
you’re in labor and at your post off delivery.

And syempre mommy dahil malapit na ang inyong panganganak kinakailangan na nakasunod tayo sa paginom
ng mga prenatal vitamins and especially eat healthy food and observe your healthy diet. Layo layo muna tau
sa mga bawal na foods, drinks, and mga bad habits kung mayroon man po like drinking alcohol, smoking or
vaping na maaaring makaapekto sa inyo lalo na kay baby. At ito po ang mga tips na pwede mong gawin tuwing
umaga para magkaroon ka ng physical activities na makakatulong sayo lalo na sa panganganak mo. like maari
kang maglakad tuwing umaga also you can get vitamins through the sunlight.Exercise can improve your
posture and relieve your discomfort of the backaches as well as fatigue. It also helps you to build more
stamina that you will be needing for labor and delivery.
