Minutes of the 1st General Body of RWA C-Block


(1to50) held at Central Park C-Block (1to50) on
February 7, 2021

1. Welcome of all the present members by the General Secretary.


2. Introduction speech by the President.
3. Annual report presentation and review along with the accounts
statement by the Finance Secretary.

The 1st general body meeting of RWA C-Block (1to50) for the year 2019-2020 was
held in the Central Park C-Block (1to50) on 7th February 2021.
The meeting began at 11am but as the required quorum was not present, therefore
the meeting was adjourned by the General Secretary till 11.45AM. The Meeting
restarted with the gathered quorum at 11.45AM. Mr. Vikram Madan, General
Secretary of the Residents Welfare Association C-Block (1to50) welcomed all the
members for the General body meeting. Mr. Vikas Handa, President of RWA C-
Block (1to50), presided over the meeting and introduced the discussion by
appreciating the achieved and ongoing works of RWA C-Block (1to50). Mr. Deep
Bansal, Finance Secretary of the RWA C-Block (1to50) presented the accounts
statement for the financial year ending March 2020.

After having discussion, the General body unanimously approved and passed the
Accounts Statement.

Resolutions
At the end of the meeting the General Body reviewed the proceeding and passed
the following resolutions for implementation by the RWA.
Resolution No.1
The General body unanimously approved and passed the Accounts
Statement for the financial year ending March 2020.
Resolution No.2
Approved for the change of registered office address of the RWA, C-Block
(1to50) to Residents Welfare Association, Maharaja Surjmal Park C-Block
(1to50) Dilshad Garden instead of C-31, X/1.

Resolution No.3

Approved for the Security amount increment of ₹100 per month from April
2021.

Resolution No.4
Approved for the Installation of Security Cameras (20 Nos.) via self finance
mode and for that a onetime contribution of ₹600 per member / flat.

Resolution No.5
On demand by the present quorum, the Finance Secretary shared names and
addresses of those residents (14 in Nos.) who are not paying the monthly
security payment.

Resolution No.6
Appreciated and shared the names and addresses of those residents who make
Full & half yearly payments in one go.

Resolution No.7
On demand by the present quorum, the Finance Secretary also shared the
Names and Addresses of those Members who are not able to pay due to poor
financial conditions.

Resolution No.8
Further, Decided that grievances related to any civic agency i.e. MCD, DJB,
BSES, Stray Dogs / Monkeys Etc. will not be the criteria for non-payment of
security charges. For these grievances members will write a complaint and
hand over to the RWA for further liaising with respective authority for
sending communications.

One of our esteemed member, Sh. S.K Jain R/o C-13,X/2 proposed & promised
to fix a meeting with the Water Minister and the RWA, for complete overhaul
of DJB water supply lines of our block.

The meeting ended with vote of thanks at 1.00 pm
