RESPONSIVENESS TO THE PUBLIC

Education is, and will always be the ticket out of poverty. To set the record straight, I do not in
any way condone what capitalist are doing nowadays, nor do I condemn our laborers. The
mindset of “we’ll get by if we work hard enough” doesn’t apply to our time nowadays. Their
situation could have been different had they been diligent to finish their education. No
opportunity was given to them? The government has been giving assistance to those who are
impoverish and can’t afford to avail proper education, especially now, the current administration
signed and passed R.A. 10931 or more commonly known to the public as Universal Access to
Quality Tertiary Education Act. We need to adapt to the changes or we’ll get left behind if we
still stick to our old ways of living.
As someone who came from the hospitality industry, I was taught to welcome every guest,
regardless of their social standing with respect and a warm smile to make their stay pleasant and
accommodating no matter how rude or entitled they may act.
I realized that as an aspiring Public Employee, I need to familiarize myself with how the agency
works in order to efficiently attend to the needs of those who come to avail our agency’s
services. Proper time management is a must, I must finish all of my pending Transcription of
Stenographic Notes in a timely manner before the next scheduled hearing so that the respective
parties concerned in the case may review whatever that has transpired in the previous hearing to
be able to prepare for the next one.
