The yearly Planner by Lavendaire is a simple guide to help you design


productive, effective and meaningful day.

How to use this planner :


● Begin your day by setting an intention of how you want to feel and
what area of your life you'd like to focus on that day. Whatever you
focus on grows, so this is a powerful section.
● Decide your Most Important Tasks of the day If you were to only
accomplish three things and be satisfied with your day, what would
they be ?
● Fill in the To Do section with the other tasks that you'd like to get
done today. Try to order them by importance, listing the higher
priority tasks first
● Fill in the Self Care section with the positive habits or activities you'd
like to incorporate in your day, like exercising, meditating or tidying
up. A little self care a day can go a long way !
● Write any Notes or reminders in the Notes section, meetings
appointments, calls to make, groceries, or even your favorite quote
● At the end of the day, take a moment to reflect on what you're
grateful for that day. Be specific !
● Then, reflect on Today's Wins: highlights or accomplishments
you're proud of from the day. Focusing on your wins will boost
your confidence and motivate you to keep going .
● Pro tip: Start planning the next day the night before. You'll get a head
start by already having a plan, leading to a more productive day .
