boosting your social skills.
MAKING NEW FRIENDS

Travelling across the world, visiting a new place every week, meeting dozens

of people is the best way to make new friends. Angloville is a unique place to

meet international volunteers from all over the world.

Travelling solo has a lot of benefits, the main one would be bringing you out of

your shell and forcing you to fully immerse yourself in the place and local

culture. Therefore, it becomes very easy to meet people to grab a bite with, to

join you on a tour or an excursion, or just to talk to. Why not make a travel

buddy and travel together?

On our programmes, we blend over 12 nationalities: local participants from

Central Europe meet Mentors from the English speaking world. For that reason,

we vary the opportunities for you to make new friends: we organise a city tour

and a welcome lunch before each programme, where you can meet your fellow

volunteers, we encourage conversations and interactions during your free time

and social time, we build a community via our social media and we even

organise leisure trips especially for you.

Be approachable, be spontaneous and strike up conversation during your bus

ride, train journey or flight and friends will come to you!

great for our local students, it can also have a major impact on your job

search and professional development and reputation. It looks good on your

resume, it presents an opportunity to meet new people, it helps you to

determine your career goals and allows you to refine new competencies.

As an English speaking mentor, you will have conversations with our student

participants in English. Each day is packed with business or fun workshops,

serious or laid back discussions, and connecting with new friends. The

programme is all about conversing and your conversation partners will change

each hour. You must be ready to talk for 12 hours a day, but don’t worry as

each day is full of fun and 8,000 people a year who visit us, love the

experience! In addition to our AngloTEFL certification training, Angloville

offers online training before the programme starts.

In return, we provide you with:

- An AngloTEFL certificate to become a qualified ESL teacher (optional)

- An English mentor certificate after each programme

- A letter of recommendation for future opportunities

- Constant help and training during our programme by professional teachers

and coordinators

An expanded network. Increased knowledge. Improved skills. They all

help you to present yourself as a more impressive and well-rounded
candidate.
OUR PROGRAMME IS A CHANCE TO:

- Meet locals, travellers, expats and

international profiles working in the host country,

- Share business experience s: a lot of our

participants are successful businessmen and

women, with a lot of experience and expertise in

their field,

studies, business or travel opportunities,

- Gain new skills : during the programme, you

will coach, manage, train, teach, solve, innovate,

etc.

A DAY AT ANGLOVILLE

EXAMPLE: A Junior programme in Poland

Angloville Junior is a unique language camp for teenagers where - with the help of native speakers from

around the world - we create a true “language village”, where everyone only speaks English.

Therefore, at Angloville Junior, our participants can easily overcome the fear of speaking and gain fluency

and confidence in English while also improving their vocabulary and comprehension.
