That the petitioner has taken the bail for accused person namely Nibhan Deb
in connection with the Joypur PS Case No-19/2020, GR Case No -102/2020, U/S-
366 of IPC from the Honourable Session Judge, Cachar , Silchar through the
Criminal Misc. Case vide no-197/2020, U/S 439 of Cr.P.C on 16/03/2020.

In this regards the petitioner have submitted his original Land Deed during
the Bail Process, Hence it is required to return back the original Land Deed if it is
possible by your Honour for the personal use of petitioner for the ends of justice.

So it is therefore prayed to your Honour would
