at Pargona- Barakpar, Mouza- Uttarkrishnapur
Part-III, Cachar, Assam and give one certify copy
of Mutation.

Most respectively Sweth,

1. That, the Petitioner is bonafide citizen of India by birth and permanently residing at

the above mentioned address.

2. That, the Petitioner is the owner by way of Purchaser from 1. Sri Tonmoy

Purkayastha, S/O- Tara Sankar Purkayastha, R/O- Dascolony, Silchar Town,

Pargana- Barakpar , Dist- Cachar, Assam from 30-06-2010 and since then having

possession & enjoying over the schedule land as the rightful owner and occupier by

the constructing House.


3. That, the below scheduled land has not been updated for me (purchaser) at your

record book, hence it is required to mutation by deleting past owners and record

my name.

So it is therefore prayed to your Honor would graciously

be pleased to mutation my purchased plot by deleting past

owners as required and oblige.

SCHEDULE OF LAND

In the District of Cachar, Sub-Registry- Silchar, & PS- Silchar, Porgona-


Barakpar, Mouza- Uttar Krishnapur-III, under 2nd R.S. Patta No-4 Dag No. 22, land
measuring 4 katas, which is bounded by-

EAST: - Road
WEST: - Land of Harendra Singh,
NORTH:- Land of Harendra Singh,
SOUTH:- Land of Dag no 23 ,
between the above mentioned boundary 4 katas of land is situated.

VERIFICATION

That, the statements made above are true and correct to the best of our
knowledge and belief and in proof whereof we put our signatures on this Petition
