An application under section 143 of the State Acquisition


And Tenancy act 1950 Read with Chapter 6 Rules 23 sub
Rule 3 and 4 of The Tenancy Rules 1955 for correction of
the bonafide mistakes and wrongful entry of the RS record
of the scheduled land.

The humble Petitioner begs most respectfully
1. That the original owner and possessor of the land described in the
schedule below was Sree Proshenjit @ Shenjit and his name was
correctly recorded in the SA plot No. 952 of the SA Khatian No. 121 at
mouza No. 59 then Kushtia now Meherpur in the Police Station and
District Meherpur.

2. That according to the above while said Sree Proshenjit @ Shenjit


was enjoying the suit land peacefully, the scheduled land was acquired
through the land acquisition case No. 7 of 1967-68 and the possession
was duly transferred to the Bangladesh Agriculture Development
Corporation on 20-11-1967 by the Government of the People’s
Republic of Bangladesh.

3. That according to the above being owner and possessor of the suit
land while said Bangladesh Agriculture Development Corporation was
enjoying the suit land peacefully, the RS operation began countrywide
and the name of the opposite parties was wrongfully recorded in the
scheduled land instead of Bangladesh Agriculture Development
Corporation which is bonafide mistakes of the concerned officers
related to making, prepare and publish the Records. However,
Bangladesh Agriculture Development Corporation is paying the ground
taxes to the concerned government office by introducing Holding No.
29 till now.

4. That in the circumstances stated above, the bonafide mistakes and


wrongful entry of the RS record of the scheduled land are required to
be corrected and as such this application is filed.

Wherefore, it is humbly prayed that your honor would
graciously be pleased to correct the bonafide mistakes and
wrongful entry of the RS record of the scheduled land and
or pass such other order or further order or orders as your
honor may think fit and proper for the ends of justice.

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever
pray.
Verification
The above statement made in the petition is
true to the best of my knowledge and belief and
I put my signature on it.
