Bhola Saw @ Bhola Sao and his other

After perusal of the agreement
(powernama) dated 29.5.2013.
executed by Bhola Saw @ Bhola Sao,
Mahesh Kant Saw, Vijay Kant Saw and

the four brothers have given power to
the Punches for partition of their

After perusal of the Panchnama
Batwara (amicable partition) it appears
that plot no. 1296 under Khata No.66
area 16 decimals, (mentioned in sl. No.
6 of the amicable partition) including
other lands measuring a total area of
0.73 acre has been allotted to Bhola
Saw @ Bhola Sao in the said amicable
partition which has been accepted by all
the four brothers by putting their
signature on it.
. After perusal of the genealogical
table said to has been issued by the

Panchayat, District Hazaribagh, it
appears that Saryu Saw had four sons
namely Bhola Saw @ Bhola Sao,
Mahesh Saw, Vijay Kant Saw and
Sanjay Kumar.
On perusal of affidavit no. 37578
dated 11.12.2023 it appears that name
of Bhola Saw and Bhola Sao son of
Late Saryu Saw are of same and similar
person.
Xerox copy of Aadhar card bearing
Aadhar No. 5329 6061 8240 in the
name of Bhola Saw son of Late Saryu
Saw shows that the mortgager is a
genuine person.
