MES operates on our unique Mist Coo ing techno ogy based on princip e of evaporative coo ing. Eff uent /RO reject is
evaporated by natura mist evaporation by atomizing it to u tra fine mist by our patented nozz es which resu ts in maximum
evaporation due to extreme y high surface area exposed for onger interva . Entire operation happens inside a c osed chamber
covered by ouvers and top is covered with a canopy with Mist e iminators. Hence during the cyc e on y pure water vapour
escapes from the top free off any particu ate matter /impurities whi e sa ts deposit at the bottom of the basin.

For higher capacities MREPL offers natura mist evaporation with heating modu e using f ash or ive steam/hot air/hot
water/thermic f uid, heat pump etc. This unique system consumes very ow power & uti ities, thus making it superior a ternative to
conventiona Zero Discharge System requiring arge evaporators.

complete evaporation of effluent/RO reject by our high
efficiency Mist Creation System installed in Open basin.

Totally enclosed MES for Salt concentration

/ Zero Liquid Discharge
MES is closed from all sides up to 7 meter height by louvers
and by canopy/mist eliminators at top.
Entire operation of pure water takes place inside a closed
chamber with top covered with Canopy/ Mist Evaporators.
This allows only pure water vapour to escape from top &
avoid carryover of any mist particle or impurities and also
arrest entry of rain water.
