1.Who is Claude Debussy?

Claude Debussy is a French composer whose works were awarded a medal for
cinematic of the 20th century Claude Debussy was born in France on the 22nd of
August 1862.his parents are Manuel - Achilles Debussy and his mother is
Victorine Manoury. Debussy had two siblings and Claude was the favorite among
the siblings Debussy showed a gift as a pianist by the age of 9 at the age of 10
Claude was sent to his first formal school at the Paris Conservatory on the 25th of
October 1872. Debussy attended his first conservatoire piano class under his
teacher, Jean Francois Marmontel who was a highly regarded piano professor
during that period from 1848. Debussy died on the 25th of March 1988 in Paris at
the age of 56 due to rectal cancer

2. Who is Joseph Maurice Ravel?

Joseph - Maurice Ravel (Maurice Ravel) was a 19th and early 20th-century French
composer of classical music. Ravel was born at 10:00 PM on March 7, 1875, and
his parents were Marie Delourat and Joseph Ravel. After being baptized in the
local parish church of Saint Vincent he and his family finally moved to Paris. In
1882 shortly after his 7th birthday, Morris took his first better lesson under Henry
Ghys who observed that Maurice is intelligent and teach him his first lesson in
harmony, counterpoint, at the age of 14, Ravel began taking courses at the Paris
Conservatoire, a prestigious music and dance school located in the capital of
France and composition. During this period he composed some of his best-known
works, including the Pavane for a Dead Princess, the Sonatine for piano, and the
String Quartet. He died on December 28, at the age of 62, in Paris.

3. What are Debussy’s and Ravel’s compositions?

In their period Debussy and Ravel composed a lot of compositions.

 CLAUDE DEBUSSY 

In his Period, Debussy makes history because he is seen as the first Impressionist
composer and composed a lot of songs in his period like: Reverie,Children's
Corner, La puerta del Vino, Mouvement de Habanera, and his famous works were
clair de lune, Prélude à l'après-midi d'un faune the opéra Pelléas et Mélisande, and
la mer which he gain Prix de Rome from these compositions.

On the other hand, Maurice Ravel composed a lot of music too, here are some of
Ravel's compositions including Sonatine, la valse, Piano concerto in G, Miroirsand
many many more the most famous composition made by Maurice Ravel is Boléro.
Boléro is Ravel's most famous composition and one of the most frequently
performed works of the 20th century. Which gives him wins the Prix de Rome
after his three attempts .
