Allow me to acknowledge the presence of DENR 9 Regional Executive Director
Crisanta Marlene Paje Rodriguz before we get started. Maam, good morning. Our
PENRO Ipil visitors, led by PENR Officer Edgardo P. Montojo, sir, PENRO Mgt.
Services Division Chief, Ma. Eva B. Sabtal, maam, the Admin. Officer IV/ Head
Budget Section Mercy Hinotan, and the rest of the PENRO Ipil company. Pilarito B.
Montebon, CENR Officer, and Wirlyn B. Ladores, Deputy CENR Officer.

To formally begin our PASASALAMAT PROGRAM FOR RETIRING

PERSONNEL, may I call in Mr. Aliasgar Mimbablawag for an opening prayer,
followed by Mrs. Romalyn A. Gojo to lead the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem.

Now, to say a few words of welcome. Please join me in welcoming our beloved CENR
Officer Pilarito B. Montebon.

Thank you, sir. (Before we proceed with our program, may I request that the retiree be
seated here in the front as part of the Pasasalamat Program ceremony.

At this point, may I invite some of our Retiree's close friends and/or relatives to share
their thoughts with us? Let me begin with LMO III, The Chief, Regulations &
Permitting Section Rolito F. Dahunan.

Another person to give her impression to our retiree is none other than our very own
newly designated Deputy CENR Officer of CENRO Imelda, Forester Wirlyn B.
Ladores

Thank you maam. Also, I just want to inform everyone that our former Deputy CENR
Officer, who is now a CENRO Officer of Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte, Forester
George E. Laolao, wants to extends please allow me

gud luck daisy to your new journey. congratulations you were able to
complete the ideals of service with the government, you fought a good fight,
finished the race and you keep the faith. sorry for i was no longer with you on
your last day of service in our office whom you consider as your second home
for a long period. you were one of a kind of an example of being excellent and
good government servant, i hear nothing bad from you in your work place.
your attitude and behavior towards work is of ideals for the young ones in the
service. good bye and enjoy your family to the fullest you already have leisure
of time for them now and have a blessed wonderful day of your last day of
service today.
