how the work was performed. These mode
of transportations are the new trends
because it is less hassle compared to Taxi’s
and jeep’s in terms of comfortability and
safety of passengers.

Uber Eats and many more, by using their
apps, you can contact them and choose any

anything you want as long as it is available
in their menu. Mostly they only deliver food
but some companies, they also deliver
groceries and other necessities such as
medicines etc.
5. Online Banking- banking is one of the 5. Process Innovation
most important things in our lives, because
it helps us to save money for us to secure
our future, banking is not only about
withdraw and deposit, you can get different
loans in a bank, like car loan, house loan and
many more. Nowadays banks already have
online banking in which you just download
their app and you can pay bills, deposit, and
many different features, this helps a lot
because it is less hassle, because it
minimizes people from going to banks.

already, less hassle and more comfortable.

Innovating is good but, study it first, what if you have the same innovation with a company,
what if you have the same product name, different product names but same meaning or same
content. The pictures shown shows the different types of innovation, Product, Process,
Service. The first picture is “look and understand” for me the meaning of this is, you must
look everywhere and understand well the innovation you want to do. Incremental, does the
innovation increases in value or worth of a certain product. Copycat and line extension, same
product, same content but different names, and same product but the other one is new to
people, of course the new one will catch the attention of buyers. Innovation doesn’t mean that
it will put positive impact to your product, sometimes company overanalyzed and
overcomplicated their products in a sense that it made the product unattractive to people. In
innovating goods and services, all must approve or all must work as one, no negative
comments or judgements, always look at the positive side, work as one so that the process of
the innovation will be successful.
