C.R Formula 1944
Despite many efforts , deadlock was there on
the time of formation and structure of
constitutent Assembly and eventual
independence of india .
British  settlement between congress and ML
as a “pre-condition” of independence of india.
C. Rajagopalachari evolved a formula to bring

PROPOSALS OF C.R FORMULA
 The league was to endorse the indian

interim Govt. for a transitional period .
 At the end of the war, a commission 
