BARRIERS TO COMMUNICATION

1. Inability to Listen to Others


Being a good listener is good at all times. We cannot give piece pf advices
if we do not listen properly and carefully. Not talking while others are sharing
their thoughts will lead to an excellent result.

2. Lack of Transparency & Trust


In a relationship, transparency and trust are the most important ingredients.
We cannot trust others if we are not honest in whatever we do and believe in.
excellent communication starts within ourselves. Being transparent with what
we do and will do will bring in a more convenient and trustworthy
communication.

3. Conflicts in the Workplace


Collaboration and cooperation are ingredients to good communication in the
workplace. Workers should have harmonious relationship in order to attain
company’s goals and objectives. If not, the profits set will not be attained.

4. Cultural Differences & Language


Individual differences are truly evident in all of us. We came from different
races and cultures, that’s why it is understood that barriers to communication
in this situation are true. With this, understanding and studying others’ cultures
is a must. Respecting their beliefs in life is a necessity we should acquire.
