1. Imagine that your house is the same as the next pictures:

2. After you had seen the

pictures, answer the questions
in 3 different ways:

 Example: Where is the hamburger?
- In the kitchen, there is a hamburger on the table.
- There is a hamburger between the salt and the glass, in the kitchen.
- There is a hamburger on the dish in front of the fridge.

a) Where is the microwave?

-In the kitchen is the microwave on the left side.

-The microwave is between the window and the wall.
-The microwave has a glass bottle on it.

b) Where are the fruits?

-In the kitchen on the refrigerator.

-The fruits are next to the window under a shelf with a kettle.
-The fruits are in a large plate on the refrigerator.

c) Where is the flour?

-In the kitchen in the upper right.

-The flour has an empty jug and a jar of cherries next to it.
-The flour is above the refrigerator on the shelf.

d) Where are more towels?

-They're in the bathroom at the back.

-By her side she has the toilet paper and on top she has a picture of a flower.
-Towels are in front of the sink.

e) Where are the toothbrushes?

-They're in the bathroom at the back.

-They are in front of the mirror on the right.
-They're on the sink.

f) Where is the mirror?

-The mirror is in the back at the top of the sink.
 g) Where can I save my clothes?

-In my room, on the furniture.

-In the furniture that has a teddy bear on top and is the winged bed.
-In the yellow furniture that is to the right of the room.

h) Where is the lamp?

-In my room, in the small cabinet.

-It is on the small furniture that has a clock and the window next to it.
-In the yellow cabinet to the left of the bed.

i) Where can I get a book?

-In the living room, they are on the red cabinet.

-They are next to the small clock under the pictures.
-They are at the back of the room to the left on the large red cabinet.

j) Where is the switch to turn the lights on/off?

-In the right part of the room.

-It's next to the window and the red lamp.
-It's in the right corner behind the curtain.

3. Describe the living room.

You can mention, how much furniture there is (couches, lamps, pictures, tables) and its
characteristics (color, size and location).

The living room has a large red lamp on the right with a long sofa in front of the blue window
and a smaller blue sofa on the left which has a small table in front of it in gray, on the left
