Process Transformation Global HTS Leader enables and drives organizational Quality Certification

certifications like CMMI level 5 adoption, Six Sigma priorities and other related organizational
initiatives.
Process Transformation lead position is responsible for execution and driving outcomes for following
 Champion Usage of Six Sigma - DFSS Maturity & Lean practices.
 Drives DFSS Maturity via Six Sigma Greenbelt & LeanSixsigma Expert program and
certification across HTS Sites in close collaboration with SBG’s.
 Drive HOS Execution maturity assessments for SBG’s and ensure deployment effectiveness.
 Effectively lead cross functional process improvement teams, and coach /advise HOS
sites on the formulation and implementation of VSM, RPS and process improvement
plans and Kaizen identification & deployment
 Collaborate on a regular basis with HOS sites/ HOS Focals and identify opportunities to
improve processes and drive workforce productivity and cost savings for the businesses &
share best practices with other sites.
 Institutionalize HOS Practice rigor across SBG’s & implement execution maturity
assessment on a monthly cadence.
 Establish systems and practices at organization-level that enables teams to become more self-
sufficient and self-sustaining in process improvement endeavors
 Drive Audit processes across organization. This role requires demonstration of a strong
ability to seamlessly establish global connect on driving the organizational Audits.
 Drive Synergy Between Product development processes & CMMI 2.0 Practices and ensure
Quality Management Practice institutionalization across the organization.
 Collaborate on a regular basis with HOS site leads/ focals and identify opportunities for
improvements & and drive workforce productivity and cost savings for the business, share
best practices with other sites.
 Drive change management tied to institutionalizing engineering practices with proven ability
to influence Cross functional teams in a highly matrixed organization is required.
 Lead Process Transformation & Maintain X-SBG Governance structure on key practices
that enables and help organization to drive Quality certifications like CMMI 2.0 level 5
adoption, ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 270000 etc. & Design for Six Sigma Maturity and other
related organizational initiatives.
 Establish & maintain key relationships & connects with key external interfaces and
consultants and ability to bring in right partners to drive organization process improvement
charter.
 Own and sustain Internal Audit practice for enabling functions for HTS India and
ensure compliance to applicable Quality Standards.
 Establish systems and practices at organization-level that enables teams to become more self-
sufficient and self-sustaining in process improvement endeavors.
 Analyze Engineering Performance at Organization level and bring in insights through Data
Analytics and review with senior and executive leadership to drive long term outcomes.
 Maintain excellent grasp of SBG NPI Lifecycles Methodologies & practices tied to
engineer performance data and able to connect the dots between different data structures and
metrics for enabling key insights.
 Drive Key HTS MOS’s & Cadence in collaboration with SBG EOPs/PMO’s and HTS Global
Site leadership & enable on time reporting for Workday 8, HTS Annual Operating Plans,
STRAP priorities.
 Drive Thought leadership and bring in Best practices through Internal/ external
benchmarking of practices from the Industry around Agile/ DevSecOps/ Estimation/
Cybersecurity Practices in alignment with Org level priorities.
 Work on Organization improvement frameworks & priorities tied to HTS Effectiveness,
Lean Product Development Practices & continuously improves Internal Frameworks.
 Drive Cycle time improvement for Key NPI’s via Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S
principles, RPS and other HOS/ Lean product development practices.
 Guide/ Coach and Mentor project/ Program teams/ Quality leads in implementing
Quantitative Management /Statistical Techniques & CMMI High Level Maturity practices.
 Leverage Best Practice sharing with Functions and SBG’s for adoption of best practices.
 Drive continuous improvement and lead change within the Quality organization and
Honeywell Operating System framework based on internal and external triggers.
 Supports Agile Transformation, Process Benchmarking, and other organization level
priorities from time to time for key enabling functions & SBG’s
 Role will directly work with the HTS R& D Transformation Leader to drive key
organization initiatives and certifications in collaboration with SBG & HTS site leadership
teams.
Key responsibilities would include publish and track the Org level Quality Audits across sites, in line
with business priorities. Conduct Internal Audits on enabling functions and train the functions on
Quality standards like ISO 9001:2015, AS 9100, CMMI etc. and establish and streamline QMS
requirements for functions and report out the outcome to leadership. In addition, drive organizational
initiatives and support six sigma function is the key responsibility.
This role requires a good understanding of Quality Standards, seamless planning and tracking actions,
influencing stakeholders to drive outcomes and establish global connect to standardize the process.

 Conduct SDP/ A3 reviews with senior leadership and SBG Stakeholders to
ensure Org priorities are being tracked and reported as per plan ( HTS MOR
and Business Decision meetings etc.)

required training programs to drive awareness and adoption of deliverables
tied to overall certification roadmaps.
 Maintaining Organization Repositories, Team SharePoint for reporting and
sharing the Process & Quality related artifacts.

 Own and Drive Internal Audit practices covering all enabling functions and
sites to ensure compliance for ISO 9001:2015 practices
 Train Various enabling functions like L&TT, SCM, Enterprise IT,
Operations, HR staffing etc. on adoption of new practices.

institutionalize across the organization
 Drive HTS AOP/ STRAP Priorities in collaboration with SBG and
functional stakeholders.
 Drive Engineering Performance Analytics tied to Key NPI’s and enterprise
HTS MOS’s/

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT; or Master in Quality Management /
Computer Application / IT / Science/ MS Quality/ MBA etc.
 At least 15+ years of relevant experience knowledge and qualification in
Audits, Quality standards and working with global teams.
 Master Blackbelt Level Competency in Lean Six Sigma- i.e. Must be a
Master blackbelt from a reputed company/ institute
 Deep Analytical skills in building & Applying Statistical models like
Regression, Design of experiment(DOE), Binary regression, CART ,
Reliability modelling , etc. in Software development context.
 Deep understanding of Quality Management systems and standards like ISO
9001:2015 & AS9100, BCM 22301, ISO 27000, CMMI 2.0 Etc.
 10 years’ experience in terms of driving CMMI Assessments for a large
organization with hands on implementation experience across various
geographies.- ATM experience preferred.
 CMMI High Maturity implementation experience with large organization.
 Must have gone through CMMI 1.3 or 2.0 Introduction Training and managed
2 cycles of external assessments successfully.
 Strong Auditing skills aligned to Quality standard requirements and proven
ability to connect the dots across functional organizations & Business units.
 Understand intent behind the actions and drive outcomes with respect to
Certification requirements.
 Executive level Presentation skills and ability to connect with all levels in the
organization.
 Experience in leading Six Sigma function, SEPG Groups & expert at
Software Development methodologies/ Processed including Agile & moderate
experience in Process definition for Functional & engineering teams aligned to
Quality standards.
 Self-motivated and Result orientation person & Ability to lead, drive change,
and influence others.
 Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
 Ability to manage multiple & conflicting priorities & able to influence
