This is a core solution that meets or exceeds our expectations.
This Jack Henry core solution has worked well for us over the
years. Since we are a mid to large sized institution, we
experience unique issues that are not seen by the smaller banks
and credit unions. The Jack Henry team has always been able
to help us to address issues or to customize the environment in
a way that meets our needs.

Out of the box solution will become hard to manage down the
road if you expect growth
The SilverLake GL is par for the course in the banking industry -
clunky and somewhat outdated, but it is oftentimes the most
cost effective platform available to community banks. My
experience with it allows me to say that it gets the job done, but
customization and training are key if you want to scale it for
growth.

LIKES DISLIKES

Once we have a solution or a change implemented in Silverlake, The functionality lacks important tools for deeper analysis and
it just works. We have a good amount of custom code based on often times your only course of action is to export data to excel
our business model and the needs of our institution. Jack Henry to draw insights.
