We introduce the new ixPress2 push-fit system, the second
generation of the ixPress fitting, designed and manufactured
totally in Spain by Industrial Blansol and now with:

• Improved performance
• Error-free assembly
• The best price
The new ixPress2 will enable you to make incredibly fast Calibrate
and safe connections, without tools and at an incredible
price. The new design avoids all human errors, by making
impossible to introduce the pipe if it has not been properly
calibrated before, eliminating in this way one common
problem with the standard press-fittings.

So simple?
Can I trust such an apparently simple fitting system, which Bring Near
requires netither tools nor difficult explanations?

Of course!
Behind this apparent simplicity there is a thorough research
work carried out by Industrial Blansol, thanks to its more than
30 years of experience in the design of plastic pipe fittings.
The new ixPress2 system is an improved evolution of the first
generation, designed and manufactured totally in Spain by

INDUSTRIAL BLANSOL, S.A. guarantees, through a civil liability insurance policy, all the eventual damages caused by the
use of the ixPress2 fitting system, up to an amount of 1.500.000 € and for a period of 25 years, in any country of the world
with the exception of the USA and Canada, due to:
• Design defects.
• Manufacturing defects.

The present GUARANTEE WILL NOT BE VALID in the following cases:

• Non-compliance with the instructions given in our technical documentation.

• Use of the fitting with pipes not manufactured by Industrial Blansol.

Assembly instructions
1. Cut the pipe with a proper pipe-cutter, being sure that the cut is clean.
2. Check that the pipe ending is free of chips.
3. For ixPress1 fittings calibrate using only the plastic calibrator.
4. For ixPress2 fittings calibrate using only the Kalistar calibrator.
5. Use the ixPress2 fittings exclusively with Barbi pipes.
