I responded and located a male subject that had a gash on his right cheek and was bleeding. I advised him to go to the infield care center and I would meet him there and take the complainant. CONTACT W/ VICTIM «+ Anstin Shier WIM, It made contact with the victim at the infield care center at which time he stated that he was walking and out lof nowhere he got struck in the face with an unknown object. Mr. Shier stated that he does not know who lor where it came from but even if he did he does not want to press charges.
