New York is a big city in the

United States (North
America). It takes thousand
of visitors every year. The city
has a population of around 8
million people. There is a lot
to see and do in New York.
You can visit the Central
Park, the Metropolian
museum and Time’s Square.
In the picture you can see the
Statue of Liberty, a monumet
built between 1875 and 1986.
It is 93 meters tall. The statue
New York (USA) – The Statue of Liberty
is located on Liberty Island in
the Hudson River.
St. Peter's Square, located in
front of the Basilica of St.
Peter in Rome, is in the
historic center, the square is
part of the Vatican City and
receives thousands of visitors
every year. The famous
square is totally beautiful for
its architecture and baroque
urbanism, it is the daily
meeting place of thousands of
catholic faithful from all over
the world, The space of the
Rome (Italy) – Saint Peter’s Square square is formed by two
parts: the first is shaped like a
trapezoid and the second is
shaped like an oval. These
two large spaces are unified
by four colonnades with a
total of 284 columns and 88
pilasters supporting an
architrave, and 96 marble
statues. This is the closest
square, in a sense, to the
"heart of Catholicism".
The Sydney Opera House is
located at Bennelong Point
(originally called Cattle Point),
a promontory on the south
side of the harbor, just east of
the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It
is named after Bennelong,
one of two Aborigines (the
other was called Colebee)
who served as a link between
Australia's first British
settlers and the local
population. The small building
Sydney (Australia) – The Sydney Opera
where Bennelong lived
House
occupied the site. In 1821 Fort
Macquarie was built there
(razed in 1902). In 1947, the
resident conductor of the
Sydney Symphony Orchestra,
Eugene Goossens, identified
the need in Australia's
premier city for a music
facility that would house not
only the symphony orchestra,
but also opera and chamber
music groups.
Edinburgh Castle, a fortress
that was once the residence
of the Scottish monarchs and
now serves mainly as a
museum. It stands 135 meters
above sea level and overlooks
the city of Edinburgh from a
volcanic crag called Castle
Rock. Castle Rock has been a
site of human activity for at
least 3,000 years. By 600 CE,
a Celtic tribe called Votadini,
or Gododdin, had built
Edinburgh (Scotland) – Edinburgh Castle Eidyn's Hill Fort on the rock.
The first recorded king of
Scotland to take up residence
at Castle Rock was Malcolm III
Canmore (reigned 1058-93).
The Burj Khalifa has two
observation decks that offer
amazing views. On the 124th
floor, located at 442 meters
above sea level, you will find
what until now was the only
viewpoint of the Khalifa
Tower, undoubtedly the best
point in Dubai to contemplate
the city.

The second of the viewpoints,

Dubai (United Arab Emirates) – The Burj recently inaugurated, is
Khalifa attracting all the attention
after having become the
highest in the world, taking
this title from the Canton
Tower in Guangzhou. Located
at a height of 555 meters, the
observation deck occupies
the 148th floor of the building
to offer amazing bird's-eye
views of the city in miniature,
as it could not be otherwise
from such a height.
