bidding forms, specifications, etc. can be seen at website , http://sppp.rajasthan.gov.in. Tender form may be seen and
downloaded from website eproc.rajasthan.gov.in. The price of Bidding Document may be paid along with user
charges/processing fee and bid security before the time of submission of the Bid i.e. 22-09-2021. 12:00 nm.
l. Digitally signed dully filled in bid along with enclosures & supporting documents may be uploaded by bidders on the e-proc
Portal i.e. eproc.rajasthan.gov.in by ?2-09-2021, l2:O0 pm. Bids have been invited electronically; and payment of price of
Bid Security, bidding document, RISL processing fee etc. shall be submitted physically or by post in ths oifice of procuring
Entity on or before stipulated time i.e 22-09-2021. 12:00 om.
2. Dully filled and signed bidding document must be submitted through online manner only before stipulated date and time.
Bidder shall be allowed to submit their offers through E-Bidding only.
4. Technical bids shall be opened at 2:00 P.M. on dated 22-09-2021 in presence of the bidders or their representatives who
wish to bepresent.
5. The Procuring Entity is not bound to accept the lowest bid and may reject any or all bids without assigning any
reasonthereof.
The bidders shall have to submit copy of valid GST registration certificate, PAN No and other documents as per bid
document.
7. Validity Period will be 90 days.
