(Citi Cars Service for car-van rentals and Citi Cab for taxis) is a young and dynamic fast-
growing company aimed to meet the demands and challenges of modern society in the field
of transport services, land reclamation site development, renewable energy and bulk water,
quarrying and heavy earthmoving, general construction and engineering services and
consultancy. Now on renewable energy and bulk water development. The people behind
have been in the field of industry for past 25 years and with this new Company continued to
grow since then in terms of services.
Established in 2013 with business address in Hacienda Salinas, Lahug, Cebu City. A single
family owned and managed business venture modestly operated and managed by its general
manager and founder with experiences more than $1-b dollar projects overseas from giant
different stakeholders. Now this Company assisted thereby sons of 1-mechanical and 2-
industrial engineers profession coming from abroad with previous employment of multi-
national companies.
Its business story origin from founder’s keenness collection of cars, until its numbers
mounted realizing to utilized into a car and van rental business. Now proudly accredited with
the Department of Tourism and MCIAA catering local and foreign guests from high-end
hotels and resorts. Due to the growing businesses demand fueled by its mission to lead in

consultants in RE power and water, hydro, reclamations, supply of aggregates, earthmoving
and construction, well-trained heavy equipment operators with the goal to deliver Client
specs and criteria, local and statutory compliant, on-time quality product and world class
services aiming for long-term business and lasting Clients satisfaction. Its line of business
providing services needing industrial logistics, hauling, mining and heavy earthmoving and
government contracting projects for roads, ports and concreting, buildings, drilling,
reservoir, pipeline and spring water development delivering until now and continues to
expand. Clients in mining i.e. Atlas Toledo, Surigao nickel mines PGMC, CNC, MMDC, Agata
and earthmoving works with KEPCO, Sumitomo, Mandani Bay, Cebu Link Site Office, Tand
government projects with DPWH, PPA, NIA, i.e. road opening, concreting, bridges, piers,
dams and irrigation, airports and international NGO projects.
Reclaimed below Cebu 2nd bridge, Marina Yatch Club, Johndorf and DECA subdivisions
Kalawisan, Mandani Bay, Mitsumi, Cordova and Cebu Link Project Site Office SRP
reclamations, various subdivisions IT park and Ayala, CCLEX site office in SRP, Talisay Int’l Fish
Port and many more foundations for high rise buildings. Presently quarrying with concession
partners for limestone, diorites, silica and aggregates in Cebu, Bohol, Leyte and Mindanao
for plants supply and reclamation, sand and gravel for construction. Now with projects for
60MW wind and 15MW solar power plants in Bohol. Parallel project of 50,000 m3 per day
water treatment plant that will supply water in bulk for 11-north municipalities of Bohol. Also
for Bohol and Cebu. Spring and underground source water development. Regularly hauls
wheat from General Milling to ADM-Neovia in Calajoan, Minglanilla.
Nevertheless, during those previous years started lean and acted as sub-contractor where
we learned and experienced technical intricacies of actual ins and outs, ups and downs in
mining activities, private and government contracting business endeavor, detailed, proper
integrated planning and scheduling, implements risk analysis and mitigating plans,
continuous trainings molding to become an organize company of high order in industry
professionalism.
