PERDEV WEEK 3

B. EXERCISES

EXERCISE 1

Personal Strengths, being able to identify such things allows a person to strengthen and nurture certain
qualities to provide an edge in different situations. Trying to decide what your personal strengths is
hard.I have grown in my strengths, and I’ve experienced my weaknesses.

I have more than one identifiable and nurtured strength. One of them is being a realist, organization
skills, and knowing when to trust or act on my own. Another strength of mine is collaborating well with
others. Also, when engaging with others I am able to have patience as well as be an attentive listener.
Being critical is a big factor in everything I do. I always want to remain on the more factual or certain
side of the argument.

These qualities are I see in myself are what I believe to be important in life. I only wish to see that
everything is done i proper accordance or how it should be done. These strengths and values
encouraged and push me to be myself and voice what I want.

1. I 20% believe in myself

2. I often end up procrastinating due to fear of failure.

3. If I add 25% more then id be 25% more productive.

4. The two concepts which I believe need to be developed are logic and emotions.

5. Logic and emotions always go hand in hand as such, the morality of any situation or action is judged
by us through logical processes with emotions mixed in.

treat ourself are the defining factors on whether or not our self-concept is yin or yang.

D. Enrichment (copy paste HAHAHA)

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will

When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill

When the funds are low and the debts are high And you want to smile, but you have to sigh

When care is pressing you down a bit

Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.

up and listen to his concerns so i csn voice them to the staff in school, I would also be more involved in
his social life which may be taking hits due to lockdown.

AS TEACHER, I would create surveys and hold meetings specific to listening to students and parents
concerns and actually do something to get the message to the higher ups in order to encourage
changes.

AS COMMUNITY LEADER, I would strengthem health protocols and create new platforms in spreading
information about the reality of the disease and how it should not be taken lightly, this way i can protect
my community and remove ignorance.

Dear Secretary of Education,

As a student I write this letter addressed to you to both thank and provide my feedback on the adoption
of the "new normal" and its integration into educational institutions. Thank you for providing education
despite these dire times, The teachers and various staffs are true heroes for continuing to provide
education in all levels despite the risk they put themselves in. However, I do believe that the integration
of the new normal into education has not fully reached its full potential and that countless barriers still
exist that is stopping you from reaching its true potential. Education during the pandemic is not as
efficient in delivering quality lessons that students actually learn, it has not provided the solid ground
that face to face classes does. Though i still believe an academic freeze among the lower levels should
have been made it is not within my power to do so as such I hope this letter reaches you and implores
you to explore other options that provide quality education and does not put your workers at risk.

sincerely,

Rhegie Wayne T. Pitogo
