Candidates participating in 5th phase of counselling should note the following:
The allotment process is software based system generated, hence there is no manual
interference. The allotment is exactly according to online form filled by the candidates at the time
of applying for NIPER JEE 2021. The software is designed in such a way that while allotting a
seat to the candidate it takes care of specific category. After seat allotment and fee payment,
those who downloaded the allotment letter will be required to submit the undertaking, category
certificate, qualifying degree certificate, medical certificate, migration, proof of age and other
relevant certificates (if any) to respective NIPER only, when they will report for their admission
and commencement of the classes. Validity and acceptance of a particular certificate will be
decided by the respective NIPER. However, all the relevant certificates must be submitted
before the commencement of end semester examination of the 1st semester, till then, the
admission will be provisional. In case of non-submission of relevant certificates, the admission
will be cancelled.
5th Phase of Online Web Counselling will start from 02.09.2021 as per details given below:
1. Registration & Web options selection – 1 day i.e. on 02.09.2021 from 10 AM to 5 PM
2. Verification of selected web options – 1 working day i.e. 03.09.2021
3. Admission Fee Payment & Downloading of Provisional Seat Allotment letter – 1
day i.e. on 04.09.2021 till 6:00 PM
