ACTIVITY 3
There was a couple who were the queen and king, and they had two children, in a beautiful
palace in London.T heir children are named Prince Kryfer and Princess Kryna. They are twin
siblings. In that palace, which is also my home, I've been part of the palace for almost 7 years.
My home is in their kitchen. Their family loves the way I cook. I am abandoned by my parents. I
just saw the outside of the palace.
One day, the family is planning a trip and they want me to go with them. "Elisha, would you like
to come with us?" asked the princess. "I would love to too, but it's your family outing." She
looked at her father for a second and smiled at me, "You've been with me since then. You are
my best friend as well as my sister." "You are like family to us". I might cry after I heard those.
For a long period of time, there was someone I called family. As a teen, I'm curious about where
and who my parents are. I want to ask why they abandoned me in that way. Without knowing it,
the princess and the king called me many times. Oh, I am sorry my majesties, "they laughed at
me and asked, "What are you thinking? ""Don't tell us that you didn't like us as your family?"
asked the king. I answered quickly, "I loved your majesty, but I am just your chef." He smiled and
said, "Don't ask many questions, just pack your things and you will be with us for our family
outing" and then I bowed.
While I am packing my things and getting ready for the outing, there is a heavy rainfall coming.
The thunder and lightning are with us. I ran to the rooms of our majesty the king. "Madame,
there is heavy rain. What is your plan now?" I see the sadness in his eyes. It is just his free time
to be with his family. "We will cancel our outing for now." I bowed, "Okay majesty, I will share
the information."
After I discarded the information, I went to my room and unpacked my things. and went to the
kitchen to cook for our lunch.
The princess told me, "Elisha didn't cook for lunch; I ordered food." The prince laughed so hard,
"What were the perks of hiring a chef if she didn't cook? " And he looked at the princess and
said, "or are you afraid of being poisoned by that homeless, dirty chef?" I might cry again when I
hear that. He has always been like that since then. He hates me that much. I ran quickly to my
room and I heard him laughing, "Go run like a mouse in the trash."I didn't notice that I had fallen
asleep. I went to the Majesty room and asked permission to go out for a while, and they let me.I
walked far away from the palace. I'm here on the mountain and I saw a rainbow and went to it. I
saw an old woman laying down there and asked her what she was doing. But before I asked her,
she talked first. " Hi my dear would like to have a walk with me" she asked and because of
sadness, I just nooded at her. I told her what happened and she told me that she had an idea.
She told me that she's lived here for decades and that whenever people walk in that rainbow,
they always win the price of the edge. She encourages me to walk in that direction to solve my
problem. I agree and start to take a step towards the rainbow. As I walked to it, I got a bit
scared. As I walk in the middle of the rainbow, I feel like the darkest point in my life. I remember
every bully, every neglect, and every pain that I have felt. I walked there with many tears in my
eyes. I saw my parents putting me in the trash while arguing. I saw that there was sadness in
them. I saw the king and queen when they picked me up. They wanted to adopt me, but their
 children were crying and telling them that they should not adopt me. I saw that the princess
tried many times to kill me, and the prince raped me many times. I am crying. I do not want to
go back to the palace. I ran to finish the rainbow, and then an angel appeared. The angel smiled
at me and said, "Our lovely instrument on Earth, you are favored and blessed. I know what you
want. God will provide for all your needs. Remember always that the pain that you are feeling
can't compare to the joy that is coming. As you finish the edge of the rainbow, try to make a
wish and God will do so. " I felt the tears of joy in me. "My angel, I will be blessed so much when
God will let me meet my biological family and live with them for the rest ofnmy life. " The angel
told me to close my eyes and my wish had been granted.

ACTIVITY 4
- Having a super power is a great privilege. A power that you can do anything. If I would choose
one part of speech that I’ll compare to myself, it would be a verb. Verb is an action word. Verb
are those words that a person can do. For me, I would love to have and be a part of verb where I
can do everything. In verb it has been listed the skill, talents and everything that a man/woman
can do like me. i always do what I can do as well as do the things I can’t do just to call it “I did” I
see myself as verb because in me, I don’t believe in failure because it’s a lesson. As verb, I can do
everything and that’s what I am. Verbs are the action, I have been born to have actions not just
to breathe and live.

MY LEARNING LOG
- As I go through to this lesson, I have learned 4 things. I have recognized the different parts of
speech. I also able to use correctly the parts of speech in sentences by this learning lesson. I
realize that parts of speech are important in our everyday communications to have an
appropriate outcome of how I communicate with other people. This learning would bring such
advantages specially in the near future, where I become one of the educators.
