WRAP UP ACTIVITY:

- Being a healthy one is a great privilege. By that, we are the ones that make ourselves healthy as well as happy.
As I have seen in my records, I think I got the proper nutrients that my body needed. I take all the nutritious
foods like vegetables as well as fruits. I always drink my milk every morning and at night. I also do exercise,
stretching, and biking every early morning to stay healthy and strong. In part of eating a healthy diet, I do eat 3
times a day on time, I can't eat without green soups, as well as I drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. Honestly,
sometimes I can't do my food routine, but I still make it up on the other days. But there is one thing that I always
keep in mind when it comes to eating. Eat healthy food with a smile and you'll receive a wealth of health.
