a. Where can you post your resumé?

I can publish my resume on a platform to look for a job, or to aspire to a university.

b. What are employers looking for?

In general, employers look for someone who is proficient in a particular function and who has
the right personality and behaviours, essential for successful working.

c. What are the skills candidates should have?

to be effective, to demonstrate they can adapt quickly, solve problems and motivate people,
but also to have leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.

d. What will you do if you want to get a job?

Tell your friends and relatives you are looking for a job and join websites where you can post
your resumé.

4 5. Publish the answers from Step 1 - Reading activity in the forum.

6. In this point you are invited to discuss about the text with your classmates in the forum. Check
your classmates’ answers and make 2 comments about their work or about the text.
- Answer: What do you think about the text? Is it interesting for you? Why? Why not? Include
information that needs to be considered, point out mistakes.
The text that I read in module 4, exercise 11, for me was very important, since at this moment we
are in the learning process and at some point in our lives we are going to need this information,
when we aspire to a job we will already be clear what we should do and how we should do it. It
is a text that helps us to be clear about what employers are looking for in an employee.
