GUIDELINES FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING

ORIENTATION WEEKLY REPORT


1. Each set must select their REPRESENTATIVE.
2. The representative will act as their team leader, who is tasked in assigning reporters every
week.
3. There must be 5 members per set every presentation.
4. Every week, there shall be reporters from each set with 20 minutes time allotment each
group.
5. 24 hours before the said presentation, the reporters must submit a softcopy (MSWord and
PPT Slides) of their report for reference.
6. The power point presentation will be used by the reporters on the day of their report.
7. All students are encouraged to watch and listen to the live presentation as attendance will
be checked also.
8. The group must secure topics from their instructor every Tuesday.
9. Randoms questions from all attendees may be raised after only the presentations of
report.
10. All reports will start every Monday, 1PM and will end after the presentation of the final
reporter.
11. Scores will also be revealed after the reporting.
12. Additional guidelines may be given to you by your instructors, prior to the event.
