1 In case of Near Miss , Accident or Emergencies call - HSE
2 Tis standard Risk Assement may be resvied to suit the site condition
All persons will familiarize themselves and conform to project HSE rules and requrements and wear basic PPE (Hard Had , High - viz vest and steel Toe Safety Shoes ) at all time - use additional PPE required by the job

4 Only trained and certified operators shall operate and mobile construction machinery .proof of competence be available will be available with the operator at all times for ste verification
5 Use of mobile phone during working hours is prohibited ,except for emergency reporting only .
6 No eating ,smoking and sleeping at the construction worksiteb .use the facilities provided on site
7 Do not use defective PPE ,tools ,machinery ,or equipment - get them replaced before you start
8 Report all near misses and accidentimmediately to HSE incharge and your work leader
9 Work leaders are accountable for the behavior of their opertavies
10 Conduct a Tool Box Talk Risk Assement Review or issuse safety instruction before the start of the days work
11 Copy of this Risk Asssement available on site

Environmental
1 All Wate Material will removed daily from the work area and transferred to the designated waste skip

2 All Hazardous waste shall be immediately removed as per UAE regulation and dispatched slip maintained
