RE: NOTICE OF DISHONOR and DEMAND FOR PAYMENT

Dear Sir,

I am writing in behalf of my client, MAYAMAN CEYA.

This is to advise you that Check No. 5719, issued by you and dated 19 January 2021, drawn
on CORONA Bank and made payable to MAYAMAN CEYA in the amount of One Hundred
and Two Thousand Pesos (PhP102,000.00) has been dishonored by the bank for insufficiency
of funds.

When you issued said check, you assured my client that there are more than sufficient funds
in your bank account to cover the said amount. However, the check was returned dishonored.

Final demand is now made upon you to make good your obligation within five (5) days from
receipt hereof. Otherwise, my client will be constrained to file the necessary criminal action
against you.

Please be guided accordingly.
