RE: PROPOSED BUILDING KINGDOM HALL:

Dear Sir/Madam:

The undersigned, for and behalf of the Kingdom Halls for Jehovah’s Witnesses in the
Philippines, Inc., a non- profit, non-stock religious corporation, respectfully request your good
office for the approval of constructing building of kingdom hall.

Whereas, the property located at Brgy. Agkalawit, Sandayao, Guihulngan, Negros

Oriental, Covered by Tax Declaration No. 99-08-028-00808, which presently administrated by
Gabriel Laoreto residing at Agkalawit, Sandayao, Guihulngan, Negros Oriental.
Nature and Purpose of the Project
It is important to note that we are going to build a Kingdom Halls for Jehovah’s Witnesses in the
Philippines, INC. Religious corporation. The purpose of this building is exclusively and purely
use for the place of worship and no business matter being involved. Furthermore, to promote also
peace and unity, and helping people to change their wrong doing and to serve God to the best of
their ability.
Effect to the Society and People
Everyone wants to live in peace and happiness. Is this possible? The answer is yes! It is
absolutely possible! This can happen if we allow ourselves be guided by our Creator. The bible
says that we need the guidance of God because “it does not belong to man who is walking even
to direct his step.” – Jer. 10:23.
As such, in order to draw close to God and become guided with his high and righteous
standards, studying his Word, the Bible, is essential. One way to do so is by attending the
meetings at the Kingdom Halls of Jehovah’s Witnesses. In these facilities, it is possible to listen
to bible-based talks. Those in attendance are being taught the truth found in the Bible. They will
learn more about what is in the bible, and thus learn about the true God and his will on each
person, especially when it comes to becoming good and responsible parents, children, brother or
sister, friend, neighbor, and others.
One may also be guided towards the path of righteousness and become peaceable men.
Aside from that, each individual in attendance are helped to find happiness despite challenges
and problems. It is not just baptized Jehovah’s Witnesses who will benefit from these spiritual
provisions, but other people as well. Everybody is invited to attend at the Kingdom Hall because
the witnesses reflect Jehovah’s quality on being impartial (Deut. 10:17). There are no monetary
collections done, and all services, including publications, are also free. Therefore, there is no
need to worry about attending meetings in this building. Most importantly, safety is prioritized
for all those in attendance.
Impact on the Environment
Jehovah’s Witnesses view life as sacred, and a gift from God. As such, safety is very
important. Emphasis is also placed on the responsibility to keep the environment, thus the earth,
safe and undamaged. According to Revelation 11:18, God will “bring to ruin those ruining the
earth”. With this said, Jehovah’s Witnesses make sure that the building which will be constructed
will not harm the lives of the people, and the environment. This means avoiding the use of
poisonous and dangerous chemicals and materials during the construction. “Safety First” is a
motto observed all the time. In this project, natural resources are preserved. In fact, even those
who will volunteer for the construction project will have to meet certain requirements as part of
the standard procedure. This means that volunteers for this project include those who are
disciplined, putting extreme priority on safety. Rest assured, the construction project will be an
organized one because Jehovah’s Witnesses imitate the God of Order, Jehovah (1 Co. 14:33).

In view of the forgoing, it is respectfully requested that the KINGDOM HALLS be

allowable in this area.
