Ladders can be equipped with cages that act as

safety barriers which provide fall protection. If
someone falls, the cage can help catch them.Fall
Protection Systems - Ladders can also be
equipped with a protection system that is
comprised of a harness that connects to a
lanyard. The lanyard is attached to a brake so
that the harnessed worker can stop mid-fall.

Stairway should be installed at 39-45

degree.Between two regular steps standard
distance is 9''-11''

Need to line up pits to nearby waste pit ( butter

fly valve connected to dump line ).Settled barite
will be so difficult to discard it if cleaning pits
sequences are postponed .Need water tank
equipped with lines to clean pits whe needed

LMP pit is 70 m3 with 12m x 2.4 m ( lengthx

width ) . Since (length /width) ratio is more than
1.5 ( 12/4.2 = 5) , we need more than 2agitators
to ensure good agitation and efficient . since
impeller is canted and predominat flow is axial ,
Need to lower it at 30 cm from bottom to stear
enough solids sediments . blade should be at
least 1 m diameter and 20 cm width .
Need to add gear box to agitator motors to
achieve the desired speed-torque output ( a
gearbox will be used to reduce the shaft speed of
a motor and increase the torque)

these gates need to be accessible and openable

in order to monitor volumes and clean inside
tanks

containment dikes save you money and ensure

your containment system is SPCC compliant (Spill
Prevention, Control and Countermeasure)

Need to have such machine to provide vaccum

trucks and record daily diesel consumption . Fire
extinguisher is a must .

As Standards thickness wall at least 8 mm mild

steel With proper coating .Spetial team should
inspect and go in more such details for site
safety issue .

Recommend use of centrifuge in LMP to remove

undesirable solids. Available duration in LMP will
enhance centrifugation process.As a result
always clean mud is sent to rigs

standards in mud pits states that discharge line

should be 6'' at straight line to prevent pressure
loss and help hopper efficient circulation .
