DISTRIBUTION OF DISINFECTION SUPPLIES AN D EQUIPMENT

1. This office would like to inform the field of the availability of the disinfection
supplies and equipment for distribution to all schools (i.e. Pressurized
Sprayer, Disinfection Solution, Isopropyl Alcohol and Liquid Antibacterial
Soap).

2. In this light, the District Head andjor District Representative are hereby
advised to receive the items of the district from the supply office. Attached is
the allocation list as ready reference.

3 . Transportation and other incidental expenses to be incurred shall be charged

to MOOE or other local funds subject to the usual accounting rules and
regulations.

4 . For information, dissemination , guidance and compliance.
