I. Accomplishment or observations of Special Interest to the School Health Services

-Attended execom meeting conducted by the Principal.

-Attended the Regional launching of weekly Iron/Folic Acid (WIFA) Supplementation at Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya.
-Attended the orientation/workshop on nutritional assessment and D.O 13 s. 2017.
-Visited Sta.Clara High School and distributed WIFA supplementation-Medical examination done to athletes (Sta.Clara
Hogh School).
-Medical examination done to the athletes of Aritao National High School.
-Acted as medical personnel for the just concluded municipal meet.
-Carried out other functions as a School Nurse.
