NUSANTARA BERBAHAN DASAR BERAS DAN TEPUNGBERAS

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangakan video presentasi dan mengetahui kelayakan
video presentasi Kue Nusantara berbahan dasar beras dan tepung beras. Penelitian dan pengembangan
model 4D (Define, Design, Development, dan Dessemination). Define, analisis awal dan merumuskan
tujuan. Design menyusun materi, menyusun script, mengamil gambar. Development, proses produksi,
editing,validasi ahli,revisidanujikelayakan.disseminationmenyebarkanvideopresentasikeYouTube

di Jurusan PTBB FT UNY. Subjek penelitian satu validator ahli materi, satu ahli media, dan 30
mahasiswaPendidikanTeknikBogaangkatan2019yangsudahmengikutimatakuliahKueNusantara.
Metode pengumpulan data, observasi, literasi atau studi pustaka, dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis
deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah video presentasi berdurasi 8 ment 7 detik, format
mp4.videopemelajaranmemilikibagianpembuka,isidanpenutup.hasilujikelayakanvideopresentasi oleh
ahli materi 9%, ahli media 95%, dan mahasiswa 95,7% termasuk kategoru sangatlayak.

Kata kunci: video presentasi, Kue Nusantara berbahan dasar beras dan tepung beras.

Thepurposeofthisresearchistodevelopavideopresentationandtofindoutthefeasibilityof a
presentation video of Nusantara Cake made from rice and rice flour. Research and development of the
4D model (Define, Design, Development and Dessemination). Define, in it alanalysis and formulate
goals. Design compiles material, compiles scripts, takes pictures. Development, production process,
editing, expert validation, revision and duedi ligence. Dissemination streamed the presentation video
to YouTube Boga UNY, url https://youtu.be/B7rOS7zaSR8. There search was conducted in
January2020- Desemer 2020 in the PTBB FT UNY Department. The subjects of the research were one
material expert validator, one media expert, and 30 students of Culinary Engineering Education class
2019 who had taken the Nusantara Cake course. Methods of data collection, observation, literacy or
literature study, documentation and question naires. Quantitative descriptive analysis. There sultofthis
research is a video presentation with a duration of 8 minutet 7 seconds, mp4 format. The video lesson
has an opening, a body and a closing section. The results of the feasibility test of the presentation video
by material experts 9%, media experts 95%, and 95.7% students were categorized as veryfeasible.
