Let us first define what is Moro conflict, it is an active revolt on the island

it talks about? Raiders of the sulu was a documentary to tell us that they are the

Another thing we see is the lack of unity, trust and thinking that they are
better as a standalone rather than relying on the government are the things that

 Moros were the Spaniards. The unjust treatment they have received had an
impact to them and they started to doubt whoever is leading the government.
They have important beliefs, values, and culture that they consider for them to be
independent from the government. The Bangsamoro Organic Law creates an
agreement, between the Moros and the state, that allows the Moros to have and
independent system given that they are still guided by the state. This law also
given them the privilege to be called a Moro or a Filipino.
