5. Application form can be obtained from the office of the Chairman, Board of Examination for Boiler
Engineers, Punjab, Poonch House, 38-Multan Road, Lahore, on payment of Rs.50/- (by hand) or Rs.100/-
(by Post) Admission Formcan be downloaded from the website “doi.punjab.gov.pk. Photo copies of
Admission Form can also be used. However, the downloaded forms or photo copy form should be on
A4 size and in this case the candidate shall have to deposit Rs. 50/- in addition to examination fee.

6. Age of the candidate must not be less than 20 years on the last date of Submission of application form.
