The genuine property alluded to here could be a condo unit which

outsiders are permitted to claim subject to specific conditions under the

Apartment suite Act (P.D. 957, as corrected by R.A. 4726).

Rules on non-recovery of property sold during compulsory deals

Income Guidelines No. 9-2012 executes Area 24(D) (1), 27 (D) (5), 57, 106 and

196 of the Duty Code, and Income Guidelines No. 2-98, as revised, and Income

Guidelines No. 16-2005, as revised on NON-Recovery OF PROPERTY SOLD

DURING Compulsory Deals; and repudiates and corrects every single opposite issuance and

decisions.

On the off chance that the property is sold during compulsory deals, the Dealer will be
dependent upon (a)

personal assessment, which could either be:

A. Capital additions charge, in case property is a capital resource; or
