A study entitled “Design and Development of a

Portable Waste Oil Collection and Dispensing System" by B.

Kumar et. al. (2021) designed a portable waste oil collection

and dispensing system consisting of a metal tank mounted

on a trolley, a hand-operated pump, and dispensing nozzles

and a series of tests are conducted to evaluate the

performance of the equipment which included leak-testing,

pressure testing, and flow rate testing. Results showed that

the system was both safe and effective. 10 The previous

study is related to the present study as both designed and

developed an oil collection and dispensing system.

However, the present study differs from the previous study

since the Oil Dispensing and Collecting Apparatus are

mainly for transmission and differential.
