PROPERTY TAX (CITY TREASURER) IF NONE. GET A CERTIFICATE
THRU COPY TAX CLEARANCE – CABRERA

e. CHECK THE ZONING OR LAND USE PLAN OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY


IF FIT THE USE OR PURPOSE OF BUYING. – MAMBURAM
f. CHECK IN THE CITY EGINEER OFFICE IF THE PROPERTY HAS A
BUILDING OR PLANT - MAMBURAM
i. IF THE BUILDING PERMITS IS CONFORM- CHECK THE TAX DEC
IF ALL OF THE IMPROVEMENT IS DECLARED. Eg. Waste disposal
ii. IF NONE INFORM THE SELLING BROKER FOR THE
NEGOTIATION OF THE PRICE.
