May I humbly inform your good office that my research entitled ‘THE STRATEGIC
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SPMS) AMONG THE STATE UNIVERSITIES
AND COLLEGES OF REGION I” has been approved for oral presentation to the MADAYAW
4.0: INTERNATIONALIZATION, LINKAGES, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT,
RESEARCH & INNOVATION CONFERENCE on 25-26 August 2021, 8:00 – 5:00 PM
via the Zoom Teleconferencing platform at San Pedro College, Davao City.

Anent to this, may I respectfully ask permission from your good office to please allow
me to participate and present my research. Here-attached is a copy the abstract, the
invitation from the organizer and the letter of acceptance for the presentation of my
paper.

I am currently on maternity leave and I am taking good care of my new born and it is
indeed a wonderful feeling to fulfill my duties as a mother. However, I also find it
fulfilling to make use of my free time for other scholastic purposes whenever possible.

I am earnestly praying for the approval of my request Sir and I hope that this humble
research may also contribute to the research accomplishment of the college.
